Archana Mascarenhas is an Indian Cake artist who has currently moved to Philippines, for whom the journey to entrepreneurship “Just Happened ” as she herself says. Nothing in her background ( Family, Hobbies/Interests or Education/ Training ) ever did point towards taking up baking – either as a hobby or as a profession.
But 8 years now into baking world, she has made more than 5000 designer cakes. Her specialty is her “Female Figurines” and “Designer and Customised cakes”. Her biggest achievement so far has been when she got an opportunity to bake for Asia’s Richest man’s daughter Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal’s Raas garba ceremony Cake ( Pre wedding celebration ).
She has been awarded as:
