Hi my name is Dale Dsouza and my cake business is Dale’s cakes and Patisseries. I am mainly self taught but did a small baking course from Lavonne Academy Bangalore. I am always learning new techniques to get the cakes to a higher standard. I enjoy making cute and beautiful themed cakes.
